is a non-profit corporation founded in response to a consortium of town and private sector representatives who wished to more actively and innovatively impact housing and economic development in Southeastern and Western Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and Martha's Vineyard.

Since its incorporation in 1994, TRI has secured funding for and successfully managed federal, state and local housing rehab and development projects for 15 Massachusetts communities. TRI's research, design and implementation efforts have resulted in the award of more than $30 million in housing rehabilitation funds for the completion of over 1,015 rehabilitation CDBG-funded housing rehabilitation projects. The development of 26 DHC- and CDBG-funded affordable housing units. The management of 18 DHCD- and CDBG-funded affordable housing units. For the past six years, the development and management of 26 Preserving Affordability through Loan Support (PALS)-funded housing rehab projects. -These projects are funded with local Community Preservation funds-
